TASTE TEST HARVEST PUMPKIN ALE O 89LLAREVBlue Moon Brewing Psame for pumpkin. It pours a pretty orange color that’s festively bright and has a nice, white head R A100 GNITOUT OFumpkin beers are mainstream, and one of the bigger brands has brought pumpkin-style beers tothe masses. If Blue Moon elevated Belgian-style wheat beers to superstar, this one might do the sitting on top. The aroma is light, and faint spices and cinnamon come through. The flavor still comes through as beer first, which we like, and the spices and pumpkin are background notes. Light, easy to drink, and background pumpkin spice flavors that are actually very well done.
