BEER KITCHEN The Method 1. Preheat oven to 350° F. 2. Grease bread loaf pans. 3. Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. 4. In a large bowl, cream sugar and butter, and drizzle in vanilla extract. 5. Beat the egg slightly, and mix into the creamed mixture with the mashed bananas. 6. Continue to mix while pouring in the Banana Bread Beer. 7. Mix in sifted flour ingredients until just combined. 8. Spread batter evenly into both greased bread loaf pans. 9. Bake at 350° F for 1 hour or until top is brown and begins to crack. Jason always cooks with that smile. 10. Let the loaves cool for 15 minutes before removing them from the pan.
